MR. OLUROTIMI WILLIAMS DAUDU
Mr. Daudu hails from Ondo State. He was called to the Bar in 1999. Mr. Daudu obtained his LL.B. from the renowned Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1997. He obtained his BL from the Nigerian Law School in 1999. Mr. Daudu also obtained post graduate LLM Certificate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2000) and another LLM from the prestigious University of Calgary, Canada (2008) under the Government of Canada funded Research-based program. Mr. Daudu has attended sundry professional courses in ADR and was inducted as a Fellow of the JAMS Foundation sponsored Weinstein International Fellowship; having completed several ADR trainings in different Institutions in the United States from September 4th - November 27th, 2012.
Mr. Daudu is a certified Mediator upon the completion of approved course at the Henning Mediation Centre; Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. Mr. Daudu started his public service career as a State Counsel (GL. 12) at the Ministry of Justice, Ondo State, in 2000. In 2008, Mr. Daudu resigned from the services of the Ondo State Government as an Asst. Chief Legal Officer [GL. 14]. He worked with the Government of Alberta Crown Prosecutor's Office in Calgary, Canada, from 2009-2010. He then joined the National Industrial Court of Nigeria as a Principal Registrar 1 [GL. 15] in 2011.
In 2013, Mr. Daudu received a scholarship to attend a training programme organized by the Hastings School of the Law, University of California on Design and Implementation of Court-Connected ADR. Mr. Daudu was a Special Assistant to the Hon. President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria until his appointment as the Acting Chief Registrar. Mr. Daudu has attended several capacity building trainings locally and globally on courses relating to court administration, case management, labour and industrial relations law, practice and procedure, ADR etc. Mr. Daudu has attained a high level of proficiency in the use of computer, software and applications. He is married with children.

MR. ODUNAYO OLUTOMI BAMODU
Mr. Odunayo Olutomi Bamodu received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Law at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife and the University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria respectively. He was employed into the public service of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on February 25, 2002 as Senior Registrar I in the National Industrial Court. He was promoted to the rank of Principal Registrar II in 2005 and was appointed Deputy Chief Registrar in 2006.
Before he joined the Court, Mr. Bamodu was engaged in active practice as a legal practitioner in Lagos, Nigeria between 1994 and 2002 after his call to the Nigeria Bar in 1993. He was one time Head of Chambers, Litigation/Company Secretary services at the Law firm of Beatrice Fisher and Company and later Managing Partner in the Law firm of Ayo Bamodu and Company. In his work at the National Industrial Court, Mr. Bamodu has obtained considerable experience, training and tutelage while working as the Special Assistant to the President of the Court as well as assisting the Chief Registrar in the day to day administration of the court.
He has attended local and international courses, seminars workshops and study tours.

ALHAJI BELLO ABDULRAFIU FCNA, CPA
Alhaji, Bello Abdulrafiu is the Director of Finance & Account in the National Industrial Court of Nigeria. He was born on the 30th day of December, 1962. He hails from Nguru Local Government Area of Yobe State, Nigeria.
Alhaji, Bello Abdulrafiu obtained his PGD in Financial Management at the University of Ibadan, in Oyo State, he also received his B.Sc. in Accounting at the University of Maiduguri, in Borno State. And had a Grade 11 Teachers Certificate at the Government Arabic Teachers College, Maiduguri; in Borno State.
A fellow of the Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN), and other professional bodies such as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria ICPAN (CPA) and FCNA. In addition he had international course on Managing and Leading Strategic Change.
He had his articleship with the office of the Audit General of the federation where he was actively engaged in Audit. Notable, among his Audit engagements are those of Federal Ministry of finance, State Branch Office, Nigerian Army Audit, Nigerian Post Office Audit and National Industrial Court of Nigeria to mention a few. With the background of 20 years Accounting Audit.
He received transfer of service from the mainstream of the Federal Civil Service the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation to the Federal Judicial Service Commission on 17th June, 1991until the 6th day of June 2013. As an Assistant Director (Accounts) to the National Industrial Court of Nigeria on the 6th day of June, 2013 to December 2015 and presently as the Director of Audit with the responsibility of Auditing and Reporting.
He has the ability to work in a multicultural environment having preference for meaningful challenges and a disciplined team player with positive attitude and initiative. He is creative, confident ant articulate in conjunction with excellence interpersonal skills. He has interest in reading and playing table tennis
He is a computer literate with knowledge in several packages such as the Window Environment, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms. Power Point and Peachtree complete Accounting.
